Kids Are First, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides Head Start and Early Head Start services in the region, including to La Salle County residents.  The program is currently conducting a survey to better asses the day care needs of Cotulla. 

Completion of the Community Assessment Parent Survey, would greatly help towards those goals.  Please fill out the short survey that can be found at:  https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/QMKN326  The survey ends on May 7th.  All the information provided will be extremely valuable towards providing services in the community.
